We are a tribute to our ancestors who left us dance and music as a sacred ritual of liberation, healing, and reconnection with the truth of soul and heart.

We're starting 2020 with a new image made from photographic fragments of the history of the dances of our Colombia that run through our veins. A collage lovingly donated by our light and graphic collage artist Camila Hurtado of Happy Green Family.

#EcstaticDance isn't a new practice invented by the new world; it's simply a return to our roots, to feeling and experiencing dance as a sacred ritual through music and free movement, without rules or stipulated steps. It's about preparing body, mind, and spirit to flow and reach ecstasy, a state of awakened consciousness where we connect with our divine nature, where the peace and infinite love that we all are reside.
