Our journey begins at the La Hondita La Pascuita trail (Guarne), ascending among pines and eucalyptus trees until we discover the view of the San Nicolás Valley.
Then, we'll descend the Brizuela Canyon, following the course of the ravine, encountering waterfalls, pools, and cascades where we can take a dip.
The route will take us to the main waterfall of La Brizuela, a perfect place to immerse yourself in crystal-clear waters and feel the healing power of the mountain.

Meeting point 1: North Terminal (Medellín) 7 am
Meeting point 2: Guarne Cemetery, 8 am
Distance: 8 km
⚡ Level: 3.5 (intermediate)
⏱️ Duration: 3 hours of walking + activities (total approx. 5 hours)
Includes guidance, meditation experience, snack and assistance insurance.
