Fiesta de Cuadra is a celebration of the traditions of Medellín's neighborhoods. The festival will bring together live music, food, traditional folk music, and cultural activities that aim to keep alive the popular customs that have been part of Antioquian families for decades. Neighborhood gatherings, chairs on the sidewalks, shared music, and typical food have been part of the identity of Medellín's neighborhoods for generations. The goal is to revive this tradition and introduce it to new generations.
The event will take place in City Hall of the El Rodeo Club of Medellín and will bring together a program that integrates music, gastronomy and cultural expressions inspired by traditional neighborhood festivals, once again becoming a space for families, friends and neighbors to meet during one of the city's most representative celebrations.
The artistic lineup will consist of Grupo Galé, Los Diablitos, Afrosound, Golpe a Golpe, Didier Usuga, Diri Diri and Bajo el palmar; Prominent troubadours from the country, in a program that will bring together different generations and musical genres.
